1. device type
2. serial number
3. a brief statement of the problem

You will receive an answer within 1 or 2 business days, with instructions for the next steps.

Please don't send any unit to us without being instructed to do so.

If you have technical questions regarding our devices, we've found that most questions have already been answered in our technical Forum.

Please search the forum before creating a new entry.
